Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been made. If the ordered item/s become unavailable during the period between order and payment we will contact you and arrange delivery as soon as possible. Australia Post delivery estimates (as shown on the "My Cart" page of the website) show the time it should take for the item to be delivered once payment has been made and the order completely processed by us.
Insurance Responsibility
All shipping costs quoted do NOT include insurance. If you would like to add insurance please let us know at the time of your order.
Privacy & Security
All information that you as a customer provide us with will be used for no other reasons than to correspond with you regarding your enquiries or orders and to make payments.
We are pleased to confirm that our goods come with guarantees that are provided under the Australian Consumer Law (for details visit www.consumerlaw.gov.au).
Returns, Change of Mind Policy
Please choose carefully. If you change your mind or no longer require the goods for any reason we reserve the right to not provide a refund. However, subject to our discretion, we may allow you to exchange and / or upgrade some items. Any exchange or upgrade must be accompanied by receipt and be strictly within 7 days of purchase. Any refund offered under this "change of mind" policy will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This policy in no way affects your refund / warranty rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Although the products advertised on our website are generally in stock and available to ship to you within days of receipt of order and payment, in some cases there may be delays.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The prices and products advertised on our website are for sales from this website only (not necessarily in our Adelaide store). We do our very best to make sure we keep our prices up to date but at times there may be a delay in doing so. In these cases we ask for your understanding keeping in mind that we never charge your card without first getting confirmation via email or phone that you are completely happy with your order. All orders must be paid for before they will be sent.
Viewing Orders
To view the details of the orders you have made simply log into the website using the user name and password you specified when registering. You will find your orders listed on your account's "dashboard".
Updating Account Information
All your details can be updated by logging into our website and using your account's "dashboard".
